In the afternoon, take a horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. After exploring its grand halls and reliefs, return to the ship for dinner and an evening of entertainment featuring an Egyptian folkloric show.

After breakfast, cross to the West Bank of Luxor to explore the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs of the New Kingdom were laid to rest. Visit the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, a masterpiece of ancient architecture carved into the cliffs, and stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues of Amenhotep III. Return to the ship for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure. Enjoy your final evening on board in Luxor.

After breakfast, check out at 8:00 AM and begin your East Bank tour. Visit the vast Karnak Temple complex, the largest religious structure ever built, and continue to the Luxor Museum, located along the Nile and connected to Karnak by the Avenue of Sphinxes. After the tour, you will be transferred to your chosen destination in Luxor, marking the end of your memorable Nile journey.

Upon arrival in Luxor, board the Mövenpick MS Royal Lily before lunch. Settle into your cabin and enjoy your first meal on board. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex in the world, followed by the beautifully illuminated Luxor Temple. Return to the ship for afternoon tea, dinner, and your first night on the Nile.

After breakfast, explore the West Bank of Luxor, beginning with the Valley of the Kings, where you’ll enter three elaborately decorated royal tombs. Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, then stop at the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the ship for lunch and begin sailing toward Esna, passing through the Esna Lock. Relax on deck as you watch the tranquil countryside drift by. Dinner and overnight on board.

In the morning, ride by carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of Egypt’s most complete temples. Explore its towering pylons and sacred chambers before sailing to Kom Ombo. After lunch, visit the dual temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus the Elder, and explore the Crocodile Mummification Museum. Return to the ship for dinner and continue sailing toward Aswan.

Begin your day in Aswan with a visit to the High Dam, a monumental project that reshaped Egypt’s landscape. Continue by boat to the Temple of Philae on Agilkia Island, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and then visit the Unfinished Obelisk, an immense monument that reveals the artistry of ancient stoneworkers. Return to the ship for lunch and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. In the evening, you may choose an optional felucca ride or simply relax under the stars.

After breakfast, disembark in Aswan. You may opt for an additional excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples, built by Ramses II and relocated by UNESCO to protect them from the waters of Lake Nasser. This optional tour can be arranged by air or road for an extra fee.
